Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
i lived at audubon downs for three years while i was in law school, 2003-2006. the manager is GREAT and really goes out of her way to help you with whatever problems you're having with the apartment. i had a couple run-of-the-mill maintenace issues and she took care of them immediately. the rent is low and these are the best apts in the area for the money. i lived upstairs and had nice hardwood floors. really good place to live if you're on a tight budget. highly recommend!
