I have lived here for one year now and the best thing about this apartments are the neighbors. Very quite and safe. The worst part is the condition of the apartment it self. Roaches! Keep your bug spray available. The carpets are filthy dirty and have probably not been replaced for at least 10 to 15 years. Carpet cleaning doesn't help at all. The ceiling in our bathroom is falling down. Maintenance staff are very friendly but not very fast at fixing things. To much other things to fix is my guess.
for a 2 bedroom I am paying 545 and that is a good price but I am willing to give that up for newer carpets and less bugs any day.
I do not recommenced this apartment for family's but if you are a poor student that like bugs... , go for it.
