good value in a decent neighborhood

i've lived in autumnwood for over a year, and i'm very satisfied here. it is cheap for the size of my apartment, maintenance responds with alacrity when i need them, and my neighbors are quiet and friendly. there's a wide range of races and cultures represented here, and many families too.
