Hello All... just wanted to tell you what's going on at Autumn Wood Apartments.

I will start off on a positive note. The office staff are very nice and I have not had anything to breakdown in my apartment. I'm sorry to tell you that the negative far out weigh the positive. Roaches are abundant in this apartment complex. Before I moved here I did not have roaches and after I moved here they are everywhere! They keep spraying but it seem to have little affect. Roaches have crawled in the bed with me and have crawled in my food (how discussing!). There is never a time (early in the morning or late at night in the morning hours), when someone is not standing outside in groups. The actions of the people standing outside is questionable...I have complained about it but no change has occured. Also..it is very hard to find a parking spot close to your apartment (you will have to walk the length of a short block to get to your front door(grocery and all). The property is really going down..paint is popping off the buildings shadows are missing, there are holes in the pavement, and RATS in the dumpster (therefore trash is always sitting aroung outside of the dumpster because everybody is scared of the rats). Landscaping is only found in the direct vicinty of the office. If you decide to move in this complex know that there is a better side and a terrible side...(pick the better side). Also know that it will cost you at least $1500.00 to get out of your lease.
