I really hate to say this but please think twice before moving here. Although the assistant manager is very friendly and helpful there is too much crap going on here that really needs to be addressed. Who is the management company anyway now' I have been here since January 2002 and everything has gone down hill. The residences are constantly getting broken into and vandalizied. My apartment has been broken into with me home. The window was just broken out by someone a couple of hours after my neighbors apartment was broken into. Security doesn't help! They were so nonchalant and so was MPD. I was told to get an alarm system. Something needs to be done about the loud partying that goes on nonstop in certain apartments. Also, the intimidating groups of people who stand outside blocking the side walks. I thought I was moving into a nice complex but it seemed as if I moved into the ghetto. It's time for me to be moving on up!
