I have a problem with how the leasing consultant treat the tenants. Mary is a nasty individual that needs to learn professional, people skills and the Manager is nasty as well. I have no problems with Ms. Shirley. She is dependable and reliable. I never had a bad experience with her. I will be moving out because this place has run down. They lied about updating the parking lot. The security are not as visible as they were when they started. Truly, I think they do not exist anymore. The neighbors have become ghetto and loud, that's why I decided to leave this place. At first, the place was the best place to live in the Southeast Memphis area. The rent have gone up and the service is lousy.
