I have lived at these apartments for about a year now with few complaints. When I moved in a year ago the management was great, but has changed a least three times since and continues to go down hill. There is one lady in particular (Grant) that always gives excuses why she isn't doing her job instead of just saying "o.k. I'll look into it" she starts out with why she may not be able to help, who the He#% hired this woman. Other than that the apartments are nice and I haven't had any real problems except termites which were taken care of quicky, fortunately that was before Mrs. Grant arrived. The maintenace men seem nice and eager to help. I haven't seen any crime and there is usally ample parking, which is well lit.
