I moved in September of 2004. Less than one week after I moved in my downstairs neighbor's apartment was broken into. 2 months after moving in my car was involved in a hit and run accident in the parking lot. Someone hit it TWICE and rammed it into someone else's vehicle. Less than a WEEK after this happened my car was vandalized and broken into. My CD player was stolen, the glove box was broken open, etc. Now they tell me the my car is an " attractive nuisance " and that I will either have to move it from their parking lot or they will tow it. Nice. A few weeks after this happened my roommate was leaving the complex and actually saw someone breaking into someone's apartment through the window. They offer NO security whatsoever, which to me says that they don't care about our safety or the safety of our posessions.
Currently my dishwasher, disposal, refrigerator, and air conditioner are broken and no one is in a hurry to fix any of it.
The neighbors are noisy. I complained about my upstairs neighbors making an unreasonable amount of noise on a daily basis and was told there was nothing they could do about it. The staff is extremely rude and apathetic. It is NOT in a good neighborhood, there's a LOT of crime. I have found syringes and crack pipes in the parking lot. Among other things.
And the apartments are tiny and highly overpriced for the neighborhood they are located in. If you were considering moving here, I strongly urge you to reconsider.

maybe you should go live in sunshine corporation like edgewater because if you have been to apartments around there like you are talking about you would not be saying the things you are saying abouth these apartments silver creek is so much better than the other apartments and if you think they are small go live under a bridge
