My child and I were put out on the street without so much as a 1 day notice. This was for one month's late rent, in which I had talked to Krista earlier that week about. After returning home from work with my child, I pulled up and saw all of our things on the curb. I walked in the office to see the maintance man and Krista sitting together staring at me. I asked them why my things were on the curb without a notice at all. She shrubbed her shoulders and continued talking to the maintenance man. Back in the day, she would have been immediately slapped for that stupid behavior. However, I walked out, had my things removed from the curb, and never looked back. I was a resident for this community 5 years and never had the problems that I had with Krista. There is a new office staff each year, which is also another problem with this complex. They can't keep a consistent staff. But Krista is more into herself than the residents. It is sad, but definitely true. Don't loose your religion over their unprofessional, nonchalant behavior.
