My family just moved here a year ago and we thought this was one of the best, but no it wasn't.

Dog or cat poop can be found in some places where flies swoon over it. Leaks occur but they get fixed. Old apartments but still liveable. Park is a dismal swing that's broken, pool is ho hum. Some units can be noisy with neighbors upstairs providing the music and party or whatever they feel like doing in the dead of the night. Oh and uh, 3 incidents that can be rated from low to high level. Management is ok also. A bit pricey.

The only thing that would probably justify living here is the proximity of the place to kroger, banks, post office and some dining places beside it being situated along stage road. Other than that, nothing else.
