Overpriced and not that wonderful!

I lived in these apartments for 2 years. They are WAY overpriced for what you get and it simply is the only ones available in the area. The washer and dryer are in a bathroom with NO VENT for the dryer...so lint ends up all over the walls...all over everything. Can we say Mold looking to happen?? There are constant leaks in the ceilings and it is an act of congress to get it fixed. If anything goes wrong with the place...be sure that you will be blamed! If you wash your car there...they come by and tell you that you can't do that since they pay for water. The laundry facility....well...they turn the hot water off to that...so you can only wash in cold....and they don't tell you that either. Oh and did I mention that you can hear your neighbor using the restroom!!!!yuck!!! Pet deposit is non refundable even when they don't do anything to the apt but live there! Oh..and you pay additional rent!! I once discovered bugs in my pantry...i called the office...she said I would have to wait a week for them to come since they just came to the apartments the day before. I had to buy spray that night. SAD PLACE!
