bartlett heights apartments From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/10/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   they are nice but the price overceeds itself. the children are expected to stay in the house all the time or you will get a NICE note from the office. rent is due on the fifth of the month and believe me if you are not johnny on the spot with it, you will get a NICE note from the office. one month i were late because my car died on me and it cost me alittle over 2,000.00 to fix, i had never been late the whole time i were there and even though i paid the extortion late fee of 10% which is roughly 90.00 extra. i got a NICE not from the office with a demand to pay or get evicted. i had already paid 625.00 on my rent, and only owed 300.00 to follow in 2 weeks this all in the same month.
