i agree with the rest of you about the rent being over the top for these out dated,haven't been renovated up to today's standard apts.there's an elderly tenant with nothing to do who rides around in a little ford focus watching and snitching on the rest of the residents or their children. management calls him a courtesy tenant.maybe he lives rent free for this reason. he harrasses the children whenever they're trying to enjoy the one amenity the apts have.(pool).there is nothing recreational for children in this area let's not start on the bartlett police.they zero in on this area especially everyone that lives in these apts.the neighbors around me don't seem to have jobs since they all have time to watch activity at your unit.wonder how they're paying rent since rent is so high' congested traffic,since these apts. are on THE main street in bartlett(stage rd. where the bartlett police haunt and stalk the drivers). they even put anote on my door stating that there was a curfew for all tenants. ''' last i checked i was way grown according to tn.law. since my son started coming outside to mingle with other teens. remember that old guy' he follows him home and report to management what time he gets in. my son works this summer. i went to explain the tn. curfew law to mgt. plus my son was with me @ the time when he got in (11pm). don't u know i got a letter the next week for the same thing. let u call them for service call u can't get an answer or you'll have 2 wait a week b4 getting a response. these are the only apts. in this area.i think they are made for old retired southerns with no life @ all.(get my drift')or are on ssi,or disability.Not place for young or middle age thriving people that live life to the fullest.You could probably tolerate a yr. tops. seriously find another place to live in bartlett. on a good note, it definately is quiet.there is not noticeable violence or crime going on in the area.but this is DEFINITELY the end of my lease/w them.
