The apartment complex Formerly known as Eastview has been renamed to Bella Vista. I moved and agreed to a contract at the beginning of the change. When I was there the management under went three different managers: one black, one white, and one hispanic. Over the course of my lease over 100 cars were broken into, damaged, and stolen. The name change should have told me something when it happened. NOW HEAR IS THE PART YOU WANT TO READ. After talking to the management do not sign the lease, always talk to people who live in the apartments first, this is in any apartment before moving. Second do not ask the management what is the crime rate or burguraly rate, just ask how many security officers do you have on duty, and what are the routes and patrol times. There should be at least 1 to 2 officers per acre size of the apartment complex. PAY ATTENTION TO THIS. If you are still reading then you are going to do pretty well in finding the right apartment for you and your love ones. Each management cut the budget for security to patrol and you the money they saved to either out in their pockets and/or used to paint the outside of the complexs. I am not going to comment on the interior because if you are as dumb as i was assumed that all the other apartments where like the model they showed me then you deserved to be called a morron. Also I am not going to commment on the extremely dangers and violent commmunity it has become. Further they cut the budget for maintance and the so called ISTA workers. Now this funny, you will pay a separate bill to ISTA as a water bill but if your are illerate and dont read your bill they will charge twice in one month. They will charge you for trash service and bug maintance service each month, but the services will not. On a scale of 0 to 10 for a recommmedation. .. . . I will be giving the management to much crdeit if I gave them a 0 as a recommedations. Because you cant blame the people that live there you have to blame the management for not do their jobs to screen out these immigrants, theifs, drig dealer, booster, etc.
