I am currently living here at Bella Vista ,this place is one of the worst places you could live, i can't wait till my lease is up here first of all the apts are full of roaches not just ordinary roaches but huge cockroaches,which they never spray for,fruitflies are flying everywhere,and try walking outside to your car and rats as big as cats are gonna run across your feet,the maintenance and management stinks at this complex,there's one maintenance in particuliar that gives you the cold shoulder because you've been in the office too many times needing things fixed,just too lazy i figure. they try to make you pay the water bill for the whole complex,i don't think it's fair when i have to pay a water bill when there is only 3 of us in our apt not using that much water and there are twenty illegals living across the hall all packed into an 2 br apt,as you know using triple the water but only paying a small fee for their water,and the illegal immigrants are all over the place putting their trash out on their doorsteps or balcony area feeding the rats,not to mention the one mexican man me any my sister observed that refuses to use an indoor restroom ,but insteads pisses outside on whoever patio he can get to,thats why the breezeways constantly smells like urine when you step out your door,they also likes to hang outside on your balcony or patio and leave their BUD LIGHT cans on your patio/balconey.run,run,and run from the Bella Vista they ain't nothing more than a mexican ghetto.DON'T LET THE SPECIALS THEY CONSTANTLY ARE RUNNING FOOL YOU ,IT AIN'T WORTH IT HERE IT STINKS AROUND HERE,THEY DON'T CARE ANYTHING ABOUT DA TENANTS JUST TRYING TO FILL UP THE PLACE.

I knew when I left there 10 years ago it was going to the dogs. Didn't have problems with bugs but thugs? You betcha! Yeah, there were 20 people living in a 2 bedroom apartment. That might be common in Mexico, it's not common where I come from.
