If you are looking to move to Memphis especially downtown Memphis, you have to check out The Grove. This community has great homey floorplans and is in such a cool, unique location...right across from the Missipppi...sort of like suburbia meets city life.

The maintanance and office staff are wonderful. They really seem like they care and make and extra effort to get to know all the residents.
