I have lived at the The Grove Apartments for 3 years. It has recently changed management and renamed itself Belle Harbour Apartments. The grounds are great and the apartments have a nice layout, but the new management is less professional. They also increased my rent by $50, where in the past it was only $5-$10. My friends who live at BH have also complained about the high jumps in rent. It's a nice place to live, but the new management is raising prices beyond that of any other apartment complex on Mud Island.

These comments are extremely accurate, I have lived in the Grove for a year and the attitude and professionalism of this management team is very poor. When my lease is up I will look to move else where on the island , as they are pricing themselves out of the market and the management attitude is much better in the other complexes.

Definitely agree! I have also lived here three years, and since the management change things have gone downhill. I used to love these apartment and the quite and peaceful atmosphere of the grounds. The complex used to be occupied by young professionals and older couples who were long-term residents. With the new management, they seem to have created a revolving door of new residents. I couldn't tell you what any of my neighbors even look like because they are constantly moving in and out. Now, I feel like I live in an insanely expensive frat house sometimes! The apartments are great on the inside, but the upkeep of the grounds is not at all what it used to be. The prices we pay is not reflected in the ammenities or the grounds. The management speaks poorly of the people who used to own the complex, but I like everything better before the change! Pretty soon the new mangement will have thus complex looking just like Island Park!
