Since the Grove became Belle Harbour earlier this year, its been a much less pleasant place to live. The dumpster/trash compactor malfunctioned shortly after the changeover, and the Belle Harbour folks dragged it out of its ordinary place, which was somewhat hidden, and into a more visible, heavily-traveled area. They took a long time, and, worse yet, didn't keep the dumpster emptied while we waited -- so there were lots and lots of garbage bags just piled up next to it and attracting bugs.

They also took three days to fix my air conditioning in 100 degree weather! And the landscaping is starting to look sorry, the security gate is broken very often, and, last time I checked, two of the dryers were broken.

I'll be glad to get out when my lease is up. It's a shame, because the Grove was a great place to live under the old management. I hope they get the kinks worked out.
