The Grove Island Drive(Belle Harbor) - has serious management/security issues. Ever since the new team took over - many continued break-ins - possible inside job - and lack of professional conduct from management. The crime is not a Memphis issue as they contend - Do not believe a word management says - you have a bunch of unprofessional people at the office - who have honesty/integrity issues. If youre really thinking of moving in - talk to a few residents first - theyll be glad to tell you the truth.
