Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
I lived at Grove and moved out after the regime change (Now Belle Harbor). On the whole it was good until the new management came in. After that things started to slip a little. The new staff is pretty rude and there were several break-ins. I heard the heard the manager just got fired so maybe a new direction is on the horizon. At almost $1000 for a BR I think you can do better.
