This apartment complex is probably not worth renting from.

We were shown an apartment which was high quality. It was nicely decorated, and had a great layout. We asked SEVERAL times if the layout was exactly the same. We were reassured that it was. Upon signing the lease, and on move-in date, we found that our apartment HAD A FIREPLACE. The model we were shown did not. This made the family room layout virtually impossible with 2 couches and a TV. The dining room was way too big, and family room way too small. It was completely the opposite of what we were shown.

Furthermore, we were told if we paid by credit card, there would be a one-time fee of $27, and then you could pay by credit card for the rest of the lease for free. This does not make sense given credit card fees, so I asked several times to confirm what they said was true. They reassured me and said it was 100% true. Turns out the $27 fee applies each and every payment. They refuse to refund the initial $27 due to their error.

The complex is nice, and good location, however, for the price and the lies, not worth it. Find another spot in Memphis.
