They will show you a really nice, well kept model apartment...yours will look nothing like this. The management company seems friendly...but as soon as you sign the lease hold on, you are in for a ride. Completely over priced as well as completely over rated. The gym in disgusting, the pool always dirty. Every square inch of the property out front is COVERED in dog feces. I paid $1000 extra to get out of lease when they changed management along with 7 other different unit renters at the time. Every single one of us was turned over to "collections"...they wanted us to pay for new dryers(Ummm, I had my own')new carpet(I was only there one day a week when I lived there) new microwave and stove(I don't even cook)! Several other people were bullied into paying the $900 plus they wanted in "makeover fees", but I refused and had to seek major legal help. Was the biggest disaster of my life. I truly regret living here. I know handfuls of people who will agree with me on this. Its not worth it, because they royally screw you when you move out. I also lived every where else on the Island and never had a problem. So, my advice...live anywhere but here!

Couldn't agree more. Management is a total nightmare. They charged us for 4 extra days at the end of our lease b/c their office was closed when we moved out on the last day of our lease (we left a note that said our keys were in the mailbox). The news should investigate this place. The main lady is completely unreasonable. They treat you like you are in jail. Do not live here.

Some of this posting was true, but obviously this person never gave the company the chance to fix the problem. The manager that was at Belle Harbour during 2007 was rude and hard to the residents. I moved in at the begininng of 2007, prior to the new company taking over and luckly I waited out my year lease. The new office staff at Belle Harbour is so friendly. They are always welcoming and willing to help anyway they can. The office staff is always referring to policy, but I like that. This way I know that I am always getting the same answer and what I can do. After my first lease I transferred to a larger apartment here at Belle Harbour. The apartment was cleaner than any other apartment I have ever lived in. Now nothing in life is perfect, but the staff is always ready to fix any problem I have.
