good location, okay place

The location was great- near UT Memphis, hospitals, etc. Pretty safe for the area its in. However, it is old and built in the 1960s and the utilities are split up evenly, depending on the square footage of your apt. Utilities are insanely expensive as well (ours is usually $150/month just for a 2 bedroom). You can get a newer place for not much more. Youll be hearing sirens every night rushing to the hospital. Maintenance got to all of our requests quickly- very important.

Quite the contrary, Ambulances generally turn their sirens off when approaching the hospitals. I have been here a yaer now and find it very quite, especially for the downtown area.
