This is a horrible apartment complex. When I moved here I liked this apartment very much but later on I strated regretting about my decision. I live in a 1 bedroom apartment with my wife and for that small tiney apartment I paid whopping $167 utilities apart from rent. Most of my friends pay this much utilities for their houses. You also have to pay $30 every month just to secure a parking spot. Apartment management is a big joke.They also put notices on my door saying that I have balance on my account when I pay my rent on 1st of every month. I have to argue about this every month and then they settle the matter. Overall this apartment is cmplte rip off.

I agree with you! The apartment is a complete rip off... especially the assistant manager sucks
