I was excited to move in...but everything I was promised I did not receive. I had numerous problems with my apartment at move in. The repairs were poorly made. The apartment was not clean. Housekeeping came back to clean the apartment but did a poor job. That whole thing about section 8 residents is true. It has not been the safest place nor does it have the best residents. The management sucks...the manager Sue was pretty cool. She normally took care of me pretty quick because she knew I would pack up and move out if not. The staff now...they brush you off and act as if they are going to help you but they don't. Good luck finding a parking spot with no bird crap or parking tickets on you car, if you don't park in the garbage for 50 bucks a month. The roach problem is true too. That's the main reason I'm leaving. The way I've been forced to live is absolutely ridiculous. The utilities are hella high, and you don't have any control over the temperature. I've had enough and I'm leaving.

i feel this response the property manager is a witch she is rude and only cares about getting you in i an a very easy going person but she was rude to me the 5th day i moved in. she thinks she owns blair towers but she does not understand that the people that live there pay her check, plus she has an unruley attitude. she needs to get an attitude check by a doctor. other than that thing have been good.
