I have lived at Blair Tower for almost 2 years and have never had the problems that you described here. I know alot of happy people in this building that I know would disagree with you too. Everybody has their own thermostat in their apts to control the temperature in the apts here. I have never seen any roaches, maybe a spider or two, but never any roaches. The parking can be tight when people have alot of visitors, but the visitors should be the ones parking on the street, and usually do.
There is available parking in the garage for a small monthly fee that alot of tenents enjoy. The management staff is alot friendlier here than my last place that I lived at in Cordova, and the manager loves my dog and always gives him treats.

Yea...everybody has their own thermostats, but the building controls whether it's heat or air conditioning. The thermostat in my apartment wasn't much help in the middle of may when it was 85 degrees with 250% humidity, and the buidling's boiler was still on.
