The management staff is just, "OK". The handymen are always courteous and helpful. The grounds are clean, but could be better. The surroundings are"Club Ghetto".
If you are a single female think before you rent. The security is laughable. The renters are often rude and are very, very loud. Outside parking is a joke, and if you want to park underneath they will charge you an extra 40 dollars a month on your rent. The rent isnt bad, but you get what you pay for.
