I've lived in these apartments for over a year and I've been really happy here. It's an excellent location; plenty of parking in a gated parking garage. Open floor-plan layouts with good quality appliances and fixtures. Ten minutes from downtown, 10 minutes from Cooper-Young, about 15 minutes from the University of Memphis. Neighbors are very quiet and respectful; building is kept clean. Beautiful pool and gardens around the garage. Maintenance staff is helpful and timely.

The negatives: Union and I-240 are loud. Living next to a hospital doesn't help with the noise; you can hear sirens all night. The other comments regarding the management staff are true: they are generally a pain to deal with, rarely return phone calls, and I suspect that the reason I'm happy here is that I don't have to talk too them much. When I did have urgent problems though (like when my heat wouldn't work last winter) it was taken care of right away.
