The other good reviews on this page were all posted around the exact same time (i.e. the management obviously found this page and posted some fake information). I've lived here two years now and wouldn't recommend the experience to anyone. The fire alarm - which happens to be going off as I type- has been going off for about half an hour now. I went and spoke with a Memphis firefighter that is outside in the parking garage eating fast food in his car. He told me that the maintaince guy couldn't figure out how to shut it off. The emergency line sends me to a FAX machine. I cannot get anyone on the phone. I've called the fire department twice now - and they've sent out more than one fire truck in the past 30-45 minutes.
Anyone who decides to move into this place will be heavily disappointed. I grew up in Memphis and have lived here all my life and while the place is very nice, it isn't worth the constant trouble for the price I'm paying.

I actually wrote one of the reviews for Bristol. And although I was equally annoyed with the fire alarm this evening, I do not think it is necessary to write a bad review for the entire establishment or assume that management is writing reviews. Shame on you.

It is very interesting that the 2 responses posted here were both posted within 1 day of this bad review. These 2 "responses" claim to just be residents. How many residents check the apartmentrating reviews of the place they live every day? How many MANAGERS would check thses every day? You managers posting FALSE comments aren't fooling anyone.

You probably know now that, once you have written a review yourself, when a new review is posted you are automatically notified and can log on to read that review. I NEVER check the apt reviews unless I get an email notification that a new one has been posted. And yes, I am a resident (about to sign a lease for another year). I'd give you my contact information so we could talk one on one if I felt safe doing so, but I don't. Sorry

It is obvious to everyone, Bristol Mgmt! There is actually a wi-fi network on the property called 'Bristol Management Sucks'. How hilarious is that? The magnets in the fire doors aren't working anywhere on the property- btw. There are SEVERAL fire doors propped open with rocks and bungee cords. What if there is a FIRE? Someone should contact the fire department and/or authorities on these people!
