Tried to give the Bristol and the leasing officers the benefit of the doubt. The corporate office is worse. They are all liars! My rent amount has changed multiple times. I guess the lease you sign is worthless. They forget to charge you for things then come back later demanding money. Don't move here. If you're a college student, then fine. You won't be paying full price anyway. But if you have to pay full rent, it's totally not worth it. They recently cooked up numbers about my rent amount after telling me I was paying too much. Then they all got together and said that was a mistake. These apartments are fairly new but there's nothing "luxury" about them. I've stayed in better with friends who were paying way less in rent. Will definitely be leaving once my lease is up. Will not recommend to anyone, ever. Worst management in existence.(when the management doesn't quit) Living here has been the biggest mistake of my life. Also, they have a million different floorplans but the people in the office don't know what they are. They will take your deposit and your unit will look nothing like you were told. And to any potential female renters, don't think you're safe because the community is gated. Lately the gate only works sometimes. And there are crazy people/crackheads always walking around the apartment's perimeter. I see them whenever I'm out on my balcony. To anyone reading this, take your chances elsewhere.

Safety is a serious issue at this building! Several homeless people are sleeping in the garage and laundry room. Garage door access has been out of order for an extended period and the secondary gate is a joke, anyone can get into the building off the street. Be careful! Drugs for sale at your doorstep!
