The apartments are fairly new. The amenities and finishes are also up dated. Cute pool, decent fitness center and even a internet cafe with a pool table. Its a shame it run so poorly. The people they have in there now have no clue what they are doing. Its like They tell you something different every day. The lease options are so confusing, or maybe the staff they have just can't explain it properly. Is so unorganized! The maintenance staff is questionable. I never see them picking up around the property it seems like they kinda just hang out. It was ok , but it cold be so much better with a the right people running it. Its in midtown so safety is always an issue, but I think if they kept the parking gate working and made sure all exit and entrances were actually shut properly than it would'nt be a concern.
