The major complaints I have about the apartment was the HVAC.
The A/C was horrible. Had one of the 1800 SF apartments. Utility bill ran $160-$230.
We actually took the unit apart to see what was wrong with it after serval calls to maintanence. Maintanence came, but didn't have a clue about what needed to be done.
When we took it apart, the coils were filthy and frozen. Only half of the heating coils worked. There was a live shotgun round shoved up under the rusted drip pan to make it drain properly. Baisically the unit needed to be replace.
Fine if your in college, because of relatively cheap rent.
