During my stay (of a little over a year), I had no major problems. Well, let me back up. My first night could have been a nightmare, but the staff made it better. The water heater (located in the attic) broke late that night. It was above the stairs and soaked the doorway area of the townhouse. Luckly, I hadn't moved all of my furniture in. The maintenance man on call was very responsive. All of the employees I encountered were nice and helpful. I always felt safe and secure (my main concern because I had 2 small children). I knew my immediate neighbors and my neighbors knew me. Key: get to know your neighbors!
