Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2001
 
Butterfield had a little problem with roaches from time to time. It also had a problem with getting maintenence to your apartment in a reasonable amount of time. It took one month to fix my sink and dishwasher. Other than that, it was okay. It was very spacious, the water pressure and hot water were great.
