Just recently moved after living there for 2 years. Property when I first moved in was nice, landscaped & friendly neighbors, safe. No longer do these conditions exist, noisy, rude neighbors, children who discard trash everywhere with no regard to other people or their property & in general no a pleasant place to live, poor management, this past summer the pool was rarely open, was closed down July 4th with no notice to neighbors. It was the first time I was to use the pool & had company over but NO POOL, you would think due to holiday they would have informed residents. Interior musty, no air circulation, management not concerned once you are moved in.
