Lived here 4 yrs. Am moving because they are renting to very trashy people who let their kids run loose all over the place. Renting to a lot of Arabs and ------- who don't know how to behave. Saw an ---- man at the pool yesterday. He had a gun in his pocket. Underage college students running wild, trashing common areas & parking lots with beer bottles and throwing up all over the place. Pool is closed more than open due to failure to perform maintenance. Takes an act of God to get anything fixed in a timely fashion. People dealing drugs on premises. Used to be a really nice, spacious place where neighbors knew and helped each other. Turned into a haven for miscreants and mgt. does NOTHING to stop it.
