I lived here for four years. It was going down hill every year, while the rent was going up. The answer to broken AC was to buy a fan. When the shower leaked, it took 4 calls and attempts to get it fixed. The drug dealers have increased while the hardworking adults are running. The only thing running faster are the roaches. The pool is open on half of the weekends, although keeping the correct PH balance seems to be an issue for someone. There is hope for a turn-around but it will take a lot of work and dedication which was not apparent whatsoever.
