I think that the Butterfield Village Apartments are very nice. It's a quiet community day and night. There are no children running around on the grounds at any time of the day. The neighbors are friendly and there are very few young adults living here. The parking is excellent. I have no worries about danger, break in, etc.. Everyone looks out for each other. The maintenance group use a bit of improving, but they get the job done. They spray for pest every Wed., and they also clean the carpet constantly.
