I moved into these apartments last year and have not been satisfied since. In fact, I am so unhappy that I am going to break my lease early. I don't care what it costs me. First, the apartment wasn't ready when I moved in and to this day there are still things that have remain unfixed since November 1st! I went without a functioning toilet downstairs for 2 months. It was only when I emailed and called their corporate office that anything got fixed. As if living here isn't horrible enough, I got a letter today telling me that my attic isn't for personal belonging storage. Futhermore, they would be putting locks on them the very next day! Where am I supposed to put all that stuff' Why did I only get a day's notice' Why was it told to me in my inital walk through that I could put my stuff up there' Why the hell did I move in'!!!! The maintenance men (which there are only two of BTW) are lazy and you mostly see them lazing around. The manangement is laughable and the staff members are very phony. These apartments look nice on the outside but are completely run down on the inside. Ask me what I pay for rent.....too damn much!
