I have lived here for 4 years and will be moving. The management and maintanence teams are the worst I have ever experienced. I have had rodents, air conditioning and heating units out, disposal constatly broken, patio-area flooded and it has taken many, many requests to get things half-done. Once complaints are made you are treated worst. This management team needs to be replaced with people who are truly concerned for the well-being of the reidents and making this a better community for the company. The apts are old and you would expect repairs, but when major break-downs occur, they need to be addressed like it was their living condition impacted. They just don't care about their customers.
