I have lived here for two years. I have an opportunity to sign another lease and I might stay if they do not raise my rent too much. I have a 2br townhouse and for the space I think the rent is appropriate. However, there are many cosmetic upgrades that I feel need to be addressed as well as amenities on the property. These are old apartments and I would be willing to bet many still have exactly what they had in them the day they were built. There is only one pool and two tennis courts. Thats about it. No work-out area, club house, or any other major amenities other apartment communities offer. But all in all for the location, safety, atmosphere, amount of space I think this is a good choice. Parking is never a problem. Maintenance is sometimes an issue. I have been told my problems cannot be handled immediately because they are short-handed or they are only working on certain problems, like the air-conditioning in the summer or heaters in the winter. But eventually everything is addressed. Sometimes they have to make multiple trips to get something completed correctly, but thats what happens when you send someone in to do something handy and they are not a handyman! The grounds are nicely kept. Management has changed and I have seen some changes but nothing really for the tenants.

I have to agree with everything stated. Most people write when they are upset about something. Few that are happy like myself write just because. I try to as much as possible.
