Don't rent from here. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/17/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004 1 response   Management is not very professional. They don't seem to want to rent to minorities. The general attitude was negative. And for the cost, the apartments aren't worth it. Even the model they showed was substandard. I currently live in one of the nicest apartments in Memphis. I was going to move there for the location, but I had a very bad experience. I decided not to waste my time on low life, narrow-minded, idiots.
