I have lived here 4 years now but I think this will be my last. They used poor quailty materials and things are begining to fall apart. The tile in the bathroom floor cracks more every day and the faucets all need replacing. The dishwasher leaks. The yard guys are terrible. They rush through and make a big mess. They even knocked over my Direct TV and acted like nothing happened. I can't believe that management pays them for such a poor quality rush job. I have been attacked 3 times now by dogs whose owners allow their pats to roam leash free. I think I should be able to walk my dog without fear of attack but no one says anything to the pet owners. I do like the garage but that is about the best thing about this place. Also they don't tell you that you will have to pay a monthly fee to MLGW for Fire Department just in case they ever do come. So tack $30 more a month on to your MLGW bill each month.

Yes! this place stinks. We have moved from here to a much better life. I'm glad this apartment is history. The management was the worst part of our experience--they are soooooooooo rude.
