After continuous calls to the leasing office, I was finally able to speak to the manager. The office staff was very rude and offered the assistant manager, but after informing them that I wanted to speak to the manager they finally put them on the phone. The information they had provided to their lawyers was indeed false. Canterbury Woods put my credit in jeopardy because they failed to do their job. I am very dissatisfied and would not recommend anyone live at this site. In the beginning I was very impressed with the some of the office staff, but the best is now gone and replaced by very rude and incompetent leasing agents.
