Cantebury is a great place to live. I've been living here since Jan, 2003 and have never had a bad experience with anyone that works there. If something breaks, they will do what needs to be done to fix it. My AC went out last weekend and the repairman came out on a Sat to fix it. He stayed for a while and made sure that it was working correctly before leaving. 24 hour maintenance is a GREAT thing. The girls in the office have always been pleasant and always take care of my requests. The people here make me feel welcomed and always have a smile on their faces and always ask how my apartment is and if I need somethign. They also offer a cool referral program for us residents so now I'm lucky to have a nice place to live, my friends living close and was able to get a sweet referral BONUS.
