I have lived in the apartments two years, I am looking to move at the end. Where do I start'' The apartment was NEVER painted, much less cleaned when I moved in, my upstairs neighbor is a joke with her 7 yr old child up all night bouncing off the furniture like freaking tarzan and the office staff could care less they had the nerve to tell me to handle it myself. The appliances are as old as the damn buildings, there is always dog crap in front on my childs window, trash everywhere, gang bangers galore, theft, break ins and prostitues. Nothing gets fixed, the staff all together is less then qualified to run even their own households I am sure, much less an apartment complex. If youre even thinking about this place, DONT.
