I have only lived here about 7 months but I cannot complain. The statement that the place is filled with gang bangers and prostitutes seems a bit harsh. I have seen neither and I am you and do come in at late hours from time to time. The maintenance staff has been quick to fix even the smallest of problems that I have had. I hate these sites because people never tell of good experiences. If one bad review is done during the entire time that I've lived here that should carry some weight. You can say you pay for what you get but I've seen worse places with higher rent.
