#1 You wouldn't!!!!!!!! I will have to say some of these complaints seem a little far fetched but most of them are TRUE!! First of all the staff is horrible! They are so rude! There are a selected few in the staff that aren't so bad but most of them could care less about their tenants! The parking is another issue! You only get one parking spot per apartment! That is crazy! I would have to park ALL the way on the other side of the apartments just to find a spot! Then there are plenty of covered parking spots available but we are not suppose to park in them but yet the apartments are vacant! The sauna doesn't work at all! Our airconditioner was not working right (reminding you that it was the middle of the HOT summer)and it took maintence 2 months to fix the problem! The appliances in the kitchen were from the 80's and bareley work! Canterbury Woods so called got better security but yet all they do is sit in thier car and don't do anything! So, sure move in! You will love Canterbury Woods! NOT!!
