As a recent newcomer to the area I liked the 1 month free rent with 12-month lease and no security deposit required. Rent is reasonable and floor space large for the money.
However when I went to move in, the apt. I was given was NOT the same as the model, at all. The lino and carpets are in bad condition and multiple repairs have been necessary to the unit - bringing it up to reasonable condition but still nothing like the model. I've had to call about 3 times now with multiple things on my list each time.

I've gotten everything I was promised, though. Management was responsive to requests for maintenance, and they live on site too, and are in the office 7 days a week.
They try really hard.

Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this for a long-term rental because these buildings are in poor shape and really need a fundamental re-hab from the ground up.

I'll stay out my lease but after that I'm gone.
