The Best Townhomes in Memphis

I love the Cedar Mill Townhomes. The walls are thick enough that you can turn up your music without distrubing your neighbors. The Office Manager (Jackie States-Carpten) has made it her point to try to please every resident over here. I have lived her since 1998 and I never plan on moving unless I move to a house. They are that NICE :-)
